CleanCut GS ADCC+
Built on the CleanCut double GS knockout CHO platform, CleanCut GS ADCC+ adds a FUT8 knockout to produce afucosylated antibodies. Afucosylation enhances Fc-mediated antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), a key driver of potency for antibodies that rely on this mechanism of action.
